Starting as a completely new brand in Serbia, we have, in just under three years, achieved significant growth and established ourselves as the fastest-growing executive search firm in the country. Along the way, we have expanded our service portfolio and successfully completed numerous executive search projects in Serbia, North Macedonia, and Romania, further refining our expertise in handling complex regional and cross-border search assignments.
To further support our clients, we also launched the Management Salary Benchmark project, tailored specifically for industrial and production companies in Serbia. With three consecutive annual studies, we have built a robust database of management-level compensation insights.

Has been in the company since its founding in 2022 and played an active role in establishing its foundations. With a strong commitment to quality and long-term partnership, continues to support clients in identifying leaders who bring real business value.
BSc degree in Sociology and MSc degree in HRM. 15+ years in search and selection of top and mid management roles in Serbia and surrounding markets, for local and foreign companies, mid-sized and large. Has been with the company since its establishment in 2022, actively contributing to the company’s development and building the right connections.
University degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and over a decade of experience in search and assessment practices across a variety of sectors – including automotive, machinery, FMCG, construction and building materials, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Has been part of the team since 2023, significantly contributing to the company’s continued development and the strengthening of key professional connections.
BSc degree in Pedagogy and MSc degree in Management. Brings valuable experience in search and selection, supporting projects across various industries, including automotive, construction, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Actively engaged in cross-border projects.
Aleksa Ilibasic, Executive Recruiter
Aleksa holds a degree in Sociology and first joined our team in 2024, during his studies, when he spent six months with us supporting various projects and gaining hands-on experience in executive research. During this time, he developed a strong interest in the executive search business and deepened his knowledge in market research, direct targeting, and engaging with prospective candidates across different industries.
After completing his degree, he returned to Werte Executive Search in 2025 as a full-time colleague, where he now contributes with dedication and fresh perspectives to our projects.
