Once the application period closes, every application is carefully reviewed by an experienced executive search consultant - not by an algorithm or a junior recruiter.

Each profile is evaluated against the role’s requirements, and candidates who best match the position criteria are selected for the next stage of the process.

Selected candidates are contacted by phone. During the conversation, we disclose the employer’s identity and confirm the candidate’s interest in the opportunity. Only candidates who confirm their interest and provide their final approval are included in the shortlist presented to the client.
