November 2023, As a partner firm in IMD International Search Group, we have participated in IMD`s global survey which resulted in study “Leading in a world with changing expectations and new working cultures”. IMD Partners interviewed a panel of CEOs and Board Members of national or global companies in 18 countries, including representatives from Serbia.

With a half-century legacy of achievements and heading into the next 50 years, IMD International Search Group starts a new chapter in presenting this research. This publication aims to support companies and their leadership.
